i learned that my boss is going on vacation for a month starting september 6. tae nya! he'll leave me with a lot of work! so wise of him to go on vacation.

eto lang naman ang iiwan nya:

1. closing for the months of september and october for the book he is maintaining, since he's leaving for a month at tiniming pa na two accounting months ang tatamaan. so there, apart from the two books im closing, it would be three again, come sept and oct. tae nya talga!

2. budget for next year. fuck talga! i am going to consolidate 12 individual budgets of different hotels. plus the budgets of the books im handling.

3. interim audit.

ok lng sana kung may extra pay eh, kaso charity na naman ito!

bakasyon din sana ako kaso hindi pwede...makakaganti din ako syo...

*for most people the 30th of the month means money, money, money. but for me it means work, work, work!

*i fought with two bank employees regarding bank transfers. our company's money is deposited in a bank different from the salary account for most of the staff. i made the salary on the 26th and had the messenger deliver the bank transfer letter to our bank. from there, the bank will make a debit to our account for the whole amount and pass it to the central bank. the normal transaction is only three days. putang ina naman talaga, six days passed but up to now i havent received any credit to my fucking account. shit! shit! and so i checked with the other bank, i asked them, "where in the hell is the check that you need to credit my account?" and the fucking guy didnt know how to answer me, i even explained the whole bank transfer process. tae nya! i had been calling here and there to know where the money is lying now hanggang sa inabot na ako ng uwian ng bank. o db? pakshet talga...pakshet.

*i got to talk with my "bie".-masaya.

*finished two locations in "the sims" ps2 game

*got to eat my favorite pritong baboy

*made coffee with vanilla ice cream

masaya pa din ako. i just hope my fucking money would be in my account tomorrow.

my work comes with tons of responsibilities. i am serving a company with a net profit of 375 million dirhams for the year 2005 alone (5.25 billion pesos)a mistake on my part could have a huge impact on the operations, since i provide management reports every week but you know i dont get much pressure doing it.

am i still normal? i am asking because up to now i cant understand people getting too much pressured by their work. maybe im indifferent. haha.

i didnt start my day right...

***i managed to sleep for only 3 hours after a couple of beer that really made me tipsy. (my gf knows that i really have a high tolerance for alcohol)

***i was able to get to the toilet only twice-before i slept and the moment i reached the office. imagine, after drinking that much liquid i wasnt able to pee after waking up!

***got harassed since i only have five minutes left to prepare, baka kase maiwan ako.(i wasted 2 mins thinking if i should go to work or not) haha. so i was in the car for 15 mins trying not to feel na ihing ihi na ako. torture.

***as i reached the office, i went straight to the toilet then konting hilamos, then i sat on the bowl again, i closed my eyes and then only to find out na nakatulog pala ako for like 20 minutes. buti nlng may pumasok at i heard the sound, if not i would have inhaled too much freshener.haha.

***got to talk with my boss regarding this report that i used to make and have this filipino guy (sorta office assistant, one level up compared to an office boy) to distribute it to the big bosses. so i did print it, left it there in printer knowing that this guy would get and distribute the copies since that is what we have been doing il make it then print...so i called him.

JAM: bat hindi mo kinuha ung pinrint ko?
FILIPINO GUY: hindi, wala ka naman kse sinabi eh.
JAM: normal na ikaw, kukunin mo at normal every monday that you'll distribute those papers..do i still have to tell you?

***i feel so lazy. i have a lot of things to do but id rather surf the net, than open those accounting softwares. haha if my boss is here it could have been a different story. he has been out for two weeks already (so two weeks na din ako bakasyon)haha not that im on vacation too, pero i can freely decide on what im going to do, and when to do it. even if he is here ganun din naman talaga. ang sarap ng feeling ng walang boss!

***i cant wait for june. at this early, i already contacted a friend to book a direct flight to manila on the 7th of june. if not only for the nature of my work, i can go home right after payday. but yah know work is work. an accoutant's job is more demanding than an auditor's job. an auditor would have 6 months peak season but an accountant would have those monthly, quarterly, yearly reports. from budget to budget variances, forecasts to cash flows. basta madami pa... thats why im going on the 7th to finish these monthly stuff.

***just got a call that i have to see and verify a check worth 5.1 million AED (around PHP 75 million) haha i just hope hindi ako putulan ng ulo kung meron ako hindi makita. hahahaha. grabe kung pwede lang pirma ng pirma but its so hard to initialize my name in a whole set of payment to endorse it for signature by the big bosses. haaaay sana worth it pa ang pag stay ko dito, since the peso is going up.
